Refund Policy
Guests must call at least 24 hours prior to their appointment to cancel or reschedule. Same day appointments CANNOT be cancelled, rescheduled, or refunded.
If you’re late for your appointment, every effort would be made to give you your full time. However, if we cannot accommodate you for any reason, you will only receive the time remaining. Late appointments cannot be cancelled, rescheduled, or refunded.
For all gift cards and services/packages purchased online over $250, guest must show the credit card used for the online purchase and an ID to match the card at the time of check in or submit a copy of the same to receive service. If a guest cannot produce it, they may make payment separately and the original gift card purchase will be refunded. We apologize for any inconvenience.
All purchases are refundable only 48 hours before the day of the service. A $30 service fee, per service applies to all refunds.
Fraud Prevention Policy: All purchases made within one week of service being used MUST show proof with a Government Issued ID and the same credit card used to make the purchase / payment. Credit card and ID, both must match and be shown on request to the front desk in order to receive service. Management reserves the right to deny service if matching ID and the credit card are not shown before your service.
